The new business venture is an Integrated Security Surveillance & Education Cell-Cast Broadcasting PTZ AV (Audio Video) Recording And IP (Internet Protocol) Streaming Archiving WWW (World Wide Web) DVD-Burning (Digital Versatile Disk) Distributing Technology Systems - Lecture Capture Sharing Community Ed Security Alert Disaster Planning Backup And Recovery company. This company will serve the educational market including but not limited to educational, instructional, R&D, entertainment, edutainment organizations that want to share their content (Lectures or other AV Contents: shows, games, exhibits, sport events), and the news security industries included but not limited to news agencies CNN, Miami Herald, Reuters, Security Authorities, Police, Feds, 411 System.
For example, surfers will be able to view events that the university agrees to share, such as football games, professors’ lectures, by surfing the web server in the PTZ Network cams, placed in the classroom or the football field. In return surfers will agree to alert the authorities and the press to any security violations such as shooting in the classroom, like the 2007 Virginia Tech killing of 32 students and faculty members.
Sponsors will overlay the AV with their hyperlinked ads (URL and telephone numbers), so when a cell-phone surfer clicks on the cell-casts, hot zone URL overlay AV banner ad, the cell phone will ring the advertised telephone number, and or will be ported to the hot hyperlinked website of the sponsoring company. At such time the operator can assist the surfer in buying the sponsor services or products or both.
So, Dell Corp. can advertise the 1(800) Buy-Dell number overlaid on the lecture or football game video banner, in the hope that a student viewing the cell-cast will click on it & buy a Dell computer.
Likewise, the US University can hope that students, that will be watching a lecture in computer science, will notice an invader shooting the students and the professor, will alert the press and the police providing timely invader capture.

Security breaches, such as the 2007 Virginia Tech Massacre of 32 students & professors Geographic Area- the community can share the Lecture and call 911, CNN, etc, if they see A security breach such as the 2007 Virginia Tech Massacre, for foreigners they can E-mail to a hyperlink e-mail banner on the Broadcasted cell-casted AV.

So far the Open Source Open standard, community has provided us with support - Using Linux in The network cameras. The manufacturers of the cameras (such as Panasonic Corp., and Sony Corp. were providing source code API (A Program Interface) to the web server software in the PTZ (Pant, Tilt, & Zoom), as well as free Network Cams.
The universities and professional organizations have funded some of the activities hoping for some future Commercial opportunities- Providing both profitable Product (Lecture A/V DVD) and service (Lecture Realtime Stream, Free Download Archives) to the community, and security, Plus disaster planning backup & recovery Plus Alert services to the participating Universities. If the schools are submerged by a hurricane students and faculty can Playback and use the recorded archived AV from a web server to resume classes even as the school is submerged and the faculty and students are distributed temporarily all Over the world.
Likewise, universities hope to facilitate compliance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and other regulations, by giving a slow student the opportunities to review the lecture on DVD or online, on read the automated professors’ transcript in real-time, without having to be in the class, or hear the professor, or see the professor.
The remainder was self funded, and will continuing to be so unless other funds will become available. We have published hundreds of articles about the subject hoping to find interested sponsors, but so far we have not found any additional sponsors.
