We have received your response to o= ur visit. I would like to set up students as Reps available to send to University of Miami as volunteer based company R= eps. Meaning; you already have volunteers in different countries who give a part= of their time to Dialogic. We will give them academic credit for a class that = they are taking. These students can be thought of as employees, helping out your customers day-to-day, for the duration of the courses they are taking.=

In the case of professionals, such = as Resellers, CPAs, CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditors, see attachme= nt); they will get CPE, Continuing Professional Credit, for the seminar.

We will provide a free and/or paid hosting solution for E-commerce. It's a = way for students to build a streamlined store on the internet for companies or = for themselves at a fraction of the time and money. While it may be easy to open and build the store, it takes hard work to promote it and get buyers. The students will start by promoting their stores to other students and profess= ors in their classes, and other business outside the university for class proje= cts and academic credit. They will learn about SEO, eCom, etc.

We, me and other professors, want to provide your students the exposure to the ecommerce industry. If so, we can work with you on achieving that. We haven't had requests for college partnerships and it would be interesting to try out.

I did mention in my email about documentation for test books, test banks, etc...... I plan on teaching our students about your service? You have a fe= edback system in place on our server that could help out with tests and you have multiple help sources available to generate documentation from. I would like to get a copy of it in MSWord, so that we can prepare a test bank, with quizzes, and PowerPoint sl= ides for the instructors.

I will explain in more detail as to our goal in this partnership? That way,= you can have a better understanding on what needs to be done. I would like to s= tart with a couple of professors, with about 50 students, and see how it goes.

Our initial courses include Account= ing Information Systems, Java programming, Web Development tools etc... If it works out we will expand it = to other courses.

Likewise, we teach other professors about eCommerce and eStores, so we would like to teach them how to use it for their classes. For example, we are scheduled to teach members of the AAA (American Accounting Association) 2007 Annual convention:
