tools to be more effective, efficient and provide a more enjoyable experien=
ce.
This is the focus of our current research. Accreditation/reaffirmation effo=

is getting more and more complicated and demanding. The only way to master it quickly =
is by
some hands-on activities. What is assessment? And what AACSB and regional
accrediting agencies expect? =
Much
like any assessment activity, the AACSB involves: Developing
an assessment plan, Building and using measurement standards, Motivating pa=
rticipants
(faculty and students) to be involved and contribute, Performance Evaluation
Feedback, Deficiency Remediation Action and Revision of the assessment plan=
