Give that these software requests were given to us on= Monday, there is no way that we can have the image rea= dy for review this week.  I propose we do the following.  Let’s me= et today or tomorrow if you are available to discuss the above questions and figure out some alternative solutions.  Then we can schedule a meeting, perhaps a week or so before class starts, to review the lab and classroom  image to make sure it has everything y= ou need.
