The implications of our study is that in a future time Sex discrimination m=
ay
become a problem and class action law suits may spread into the academic
environment. For that reason we suggest automating the process of data
collection and data analysis that will help flag risks of compliance and the
absence of compliance with regulatory enforcement. Such online interactive
continuous surveys and regression analysis of the results can be an effecti=
ve
internal control and a preventive control for regulatory compliance. Likewi=
se,
it can also serve as a method to determine whether or not discrimination
exists, and if it does what is the size of the bias in favor on one sex and
against the other sex.
