6	So now if I say "Open an	Existing Company",

8	I see "Herewards" that	sample product company,

11	"Open", you see it says	"Upgrade Needed For Selected Company".
12	This is be cause I did the	upgrade after I created
13	the sample company.
14	So the selected company	belongs to a database
15	created with a previous	version of Small Business
16	Accounting and must be	upgraded before it can be opened.
17	The system will take a	backup of the database
18	before proceeding	with the upgrade.
19	Please click OK to proceed	with the upgrade or click
20	cancel to select	another company.
21	I'm gonna click	OK right now.
22	And notice it's going	to do the browse, click
23	browse, so I'm	gonna click browse.
24	I'll say the backup should	go into the backup file
25	and now I'll say OK.
26	And now its upgrading the	company to the latest version.
27	So notice it must mean on	the updates that their
28	database has also been	upgraded and changed to
29	make it more	efficienter database.
30	Notice that's one of the	things that Microsoft
31	seems to do is get out	a product and slowly do
32	upgrades to that.
33	It may not even change	version numbers but you go
34	to their website and	download their latest upgrades.
35	So always when you open up	for the first time this
36	Microsoft Small Business	Accounting, go to the
37	right-hand side and click	on "Updates" and you'll
38	see the updates.
39	And notice here it says	"Please Wait, Upgrading
40	Company to the Latest	Version, Performing the Upgrade."
41	And that's what we're	having at this time.
42	So that's important.
43	So what do the upgrades	include as well?
44	The upgrades also include	if you have Quickbooks,
45	Quickbooks will, you can	import your Quickbooks
46	data into	Microsoft Office.
47	Microsoft Small Business	Accounting is trying to
48	compete with Quickbooks	and before, they were just
49	doing the upgrade where	they were just getting the
50	chart, just your chart	of accounts but not your data.
51	And people were	quite disappointed.
52	They didn't want to start	adding all their data
53	manually so they created a	wizard to do that as well.
54	So you can see upgrading	to the latest version the
55	source tables	have been removed.
56	For it, and we should	do the upgrade.
